Varegos
General Manager for Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Colombia since 2023
I run a technology and systems-integration consultancy in four countries, and I am leading its move from a business that sells hours to one that sells AI-driven solutions.
- I direct seven areas (sales, marketing, proposals, renewals, accounting, tax, and services and projects) with five managers reporting to me and four companies in four countries, each under its own tax regime.
- I redesigned the company's objectives so they measure results, not hours worked, and so every area has its own AI initiative.
- I brought AI into internal operations, already in production: agent-assisted recruiting and AI tooling in architecture and in sales proposals.
- I redefined which clients to pursue and how to qualify them, and I negotiate terms with vendors and distributors that protect the relationship with the end client.
- I brought Varegos into Anthropic's Claude Partner Network as a member.
